Single Friendly Church ("We") take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains the steps We take to ensure any information about you is kept secure and confidential. We will assume you have read and accept this Privacy Policy.

 1. The Information We Collect

1.1  When you sign up to our mailing list, this done by a Third Party. We do not hold that information and the sole use we make for it is:

  1. to send an occasional newsletter
  2. to record the number of people interacting with our organisation which we may use in communications.

1.2 We use a number of different cookies on our site to maintain a session or to collect information about use to help us improve the Website, for example by placing pages and topics that prove to be of greater interest closer to the Home Page. We may disclose aggregate but never individual usage statistics to potential advisors, for example numbers of users in order to ensure that the service is maintained or to redesign the Website.

1.3 Through your voluntary actions we may have some email addresses in order to communicate with you about your experiences as case studies for the articles we write on the Website.  These will not be used for any other purpose than that communication and they will not be passed onto anyone else unless you have specifically given permission to do so or that permission is implied in the purpose of your writing (for example to make contact with a writer).
